operational principle
When the pressure is 0.35Mpa air source enters A chamber, if no signal pressure is measured, the valve pin 4 is closed and the air is closed in A chamber, and the output pressure of the table is zero.
When adding △ P measuring signal pressure, the pressure signal acts on the measuring rubber member 6 to deform the rubber member, pushes the diaphragm assembly 3 upward through the piston rod 5, first closes the vent nozzle, prevents the B chamber into the atmosphere, and opens the valve pin 4, A air into the output chamber B, and pushes the diaphragm group 3 downward to overcome the upward thrust of the piston 5 until the force acting on the diaphragm group 3 and the signal acting on the rubber member 6 balance the balance, the pressure in the output chamber B is the output pressure △ P of the transmitter.
