Product details of the WZP-330 assembled RTD.
WZP-330 assembled RTD is usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, electronic computers, etc. It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam and gas media and solid surface in the range of -200~500℃ in the production process. Our factory produces two types of assembled, uniformly designed RTDs, Pt100 platinum RTDs which conform to IEC international standard index numbers and Cu50 copper RTDs which conform to professional standard index numbers. In addition it has simple assembly, easy replacement, pressure reed type temperature sensing element, good vibration resistance, large measuring range, high mechanical strength and good pressure resistance performance. Working Principle
The RTD uses the property that the resistance of a substance changes when the temperature changes to measure the temperature. The heat sensitive part of the RTD (temperature sensing element) is made of fine metal wire evenly double wound on a skeleton made of insulating material, when there is a temperature gradient in the measured medium, the temperature measured is the average temperature in the medium layer within the range of the temperature sensing element.
The assembled RTD is mainly composed of junction box, protection tube, terminal block, insulating sleeve and temperature sensing element, and is equipped with various installation fixtures.
