Overload limiter is composed of sensor, operational amplifier, control actuator and load indicator for integrating display, control and alarm functions.When the crane lifts the article, the sensor transforms and transforms the load weight into an electrical signal, which is calculated and amplified to indicate the value of the load.An early warning signal is issued when the load reaches 90% of the rating; when the load exceeds the rated load, cut off the power source of the lifting mechanism.
