The valve catheter also operates at a high operating temperature of about 200℃.When the valve rod moves in the catheter, it is lubricated only by the oil splashed from the air distribution mechanism, so it is easy to wear.Therefore, many ductile iron or powder metallurgy materials with self-sliding properties are made into separate parts, and they are pressed into the valve catheter seat hole on the cylinder cap to prevent falling off.Some engines use to prevent the valve catheter release by fixing and positioning the catheter.
Under the valve duct into the inlet and exhaust duct, to prevent resistance to the airflow, the extension end makes a conical circle.There is a 0.05~0.12mm gap between the valve catheter and the valve rod, allowing the valve rod to move freely inside the catheter.
