Transmission drum is the main component of power transmission. According to the bearing capacity, the transmission drum diameter is 500,630,800,800,1000,1200,1400mm, etc.The same drum diameter has several different shaft diameter and center span for designers to choose.


(1) Light drum: bearing bore diameter of 50-100mm, shaft and wheel for the single bond connection of the single plate welded cylinder structure, one-way out of the shaft.


(2) Medium roller: bearing bore: 120-180mm: shaft and wheel are connected.


(3) Heavy roller: bearing bore diameter 200-350mm shaft and wheel expansion sleeve connection, cylinder is cast welding structure, there are two kinds of one-way shaft and two-way shaft.


Transmission drum surface has bare steel surface, herringbone and diamond rubber overlay, small power, small bandwidth and the dry environment can be used bare steel surface drum, herringbone flower rubber surface friction coefficient, anti-skid and drainage.But directional, diamond rubber surface is used for two-way movement of the conveyor, used for important occasions of rollers, using thinning rubber overface.

(2) The reversing roller is used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt, and is generally placed at the tail or the vertical tightening device for the 180-degree reversing roller.The 90-degree redirection is placed above the vertical tension device, and the expansion roller is generally used for occasions of less than or equal to 45 degrees.


(3) The turned roller overface has bare light steel surface and smooth rubber surface.
