ZZC
(Fluoro Carbon Rubber) molecular fluorine containing rubber, according to fluorine content (i. e., monomer structure). At present, the widely used hexafluorinated fluorine rubber was first listed under the "Viton" trade name by DuPont company.High temperature resistance is better than silicone rubber, with excellent chemical resistance, resistance to most oils and solvents (except ketones, esters), weather resistance and ozone resistance; cold resistance is relatively bad, the general use of the temperature range is-20~300℃.Special formulation is resistant to low temperatures up to-40℃.
merit:
· Heat resistance is available up to 250℃
· Resistance to most oil products and solvents, especially to all acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and animal and plant oils
shortcoming:
· It is not recommended for ketones, low molecular weight esters and nitrate-containing mixture.· Cars, locomotives, diesel engines and fuel systems.
scope of application:
· Seals of the chemical plant.
Pfluoride rubber, FFPM
(Perfluoroelastomer) Advantages:
· heat-resistant quality
· Excellent antichemical properties
· Low Outgassing feature
· Excellent anti-Plasma properties
shortcoming:
· Poor low-temperature resistance characteristics
· High price of raw materials
· High difficulty in production
scope of application:
· Whole-fluorine series products are widely used in the semiconductor industry and information-related industries, including PVC, CVD and etching processes and various high-vacuum sealing processes.
Silicone rubber
FLS
(Fluorinated Silicone Rubber) Silicon fluorine rubber is silicone rubber through fluorinated treatment, its general performance and has the advantages of fluorine rubber and silicone rubber; its oil resistance, solvent resistance, fuel oil resistance and high and low temperature resistance are good, the general use temperature is-50~200℃.
merit:
· Suitable for special purposes, such as requiring resistance to the erosion of aerobic chemicals, solvents containing aromatic hydrogen, and chlorine-containing solvents.
