Function
1. Full switch. Connect 32-channel switching value to realize the function of switching value status detection;
2. Fully insulated. Connect 32-channel DC leakage current sensor to realize the branch insulation detection function; cooperate with EDU02MC through CAN bus to form a DC insulation monitoring system;
3. Full temperature. Connect 32 current-type temperature sensors to realize the temperature detection function;
4. 16 insulated 16 switches. S1~S16 are connected to the signal terminal of the DC sensor in turn, and S17~S32 are connected to the switch value in turn.
5. 15 insulation 15 switch 2 temperature. S1~S15 are connected to the signal terminal of the DC sensor signal in turn, S16~S30 are connected to the switch value in turn, and S31 and S32 are connected to the signal terminal of the current type temperature sensor.
6. 27 switch 2 exclusive 3 temperature. S1~S27 are connected to the switch value in turn, S28 is connected to the auxiliary contact of the external insulation relay, which is normally open, and S29 is connected to the auxiliary contact of the charger output fuse, which is normally closed. S30~S32 are connected to the signal terminal of the temperature sensor.
7. Communication flees into the branch location. When an AC power leakage occurs in the system, the branch circuit of AC leakage can be located with EDU02MC.
8. Positioning of DC cross-channel branches. When the system has a DC power source mutual channeling failure, with EDU02MC, the branch circuit of the DC mutual channeling can be located.
In addition, EGU02MC also has communication and alarm functions. The product provides two communication ports, RS485 and CAN. Report the abnormal phenomenon to the higher-level monitoring module and indicate it through its own alarm light.
