working principle:
The ultrafiltration cold-dryer is based on the principle of freezing and dehumidification, and uses a fully enclosed compression refrigeration system to cool and cool the compressed gas discharged from the air compressor, so that a large amount of saturated water vapor and oil mist condensed droplets pass through the steam and water. After the separation, it is discharged by the automatic drain, and the saturated compressed gas at a higher temperature enters the pre-cooler of the cold-dryer. The pre-cooler performs heat exchange with the dry-cooled gas from the evaporator, and enters the evaporator of the refrigeration system after the temperature is lowered. For the second heat exchange with cold coal vapor, the temperature itself is reduced to close to the evaporation temperature of cold coal. During the two temperature reduction processes, the water vapor in the compressed gas can be condensed into liquid droplets and separated with the airflow into the gas-water separation. The separated liquid water is discharged out of the machine through an automatic drain. The dry, compressed gas with a relatively low temperature enters the precooler, and performs heat exchange with the wet saturated gas that has just entered, so that the temperature itself is increased, and the cold and dry machine is discharged. The mouth gets dry compressed gas with lower moisture content (ie lower dew point) and lower relative humidity.
