JZ Series Weight Indicator is a kind of instrument which can be used to indicate and record the hanging weight of drilling tools and the change of drilling pressure in the process of oil, geological exploration drilling and workover operation. It can help drillers to master the working parameters in drilling and workover operation and to judge the working status of drilling tools. Our company has been producing drilling (workover) well instruments for 50 years. There are 19 types of JZ weight meter series. The rated load is from 400KN to 10080KN. It has been appraised as "famous brand product of Hubei Province" for many years.






System characteristics


1. The set of finger weight tables consists of three parts.


JZG Dead Rope Fixer, JZZ Weight Indicator and JZJ Recorder. Dead rope fixator can be divided into two types according to installation mode: vertical type and horizontal type.


2. The instrument has high precision and reliable performance.


3. Anti-corrosion performance is good. Anti-corrosion magnifying mechanism adapts to marine working environment.


4. Dual-system quadratic table is suitable for domestic use and can meet the requirements of foreign users.


5. Pipeline joints adopt fast and self-sealing joints, which are fast, convenient and reliable.


6. Recorder ink records working curves to facilitate the establishment of drilling work files.
