Switchgear is composed of fixed cabinet body and extractable parts (handcart for short) two parts (see Figure 1 for the outline size and structure of switchgear). Circuit breaker room, bus room, cable room and relay instrument room are all separated by grounded metal partitions to form a fully enclosed armored equipment.
The switchgear cabinet body is made of aluminium-zinc coated sheet and cold-rolled steel sheet. It is processed by NC machine tool and assembled after bending. The assembled switchgear can ensure uniformity in size and high mechanical strength.
The cabinet shell parts are made of aluminium-zinc coated sheet, which not only have beautiful appearance but also have strong corrosion resistance.
