MNJ series micro-tooth mark sewing machine is a special equipment for oil casing factory to repair various oil casings, which has the following characteristics:
◆ Both the nose and the back clamp adopt the seesaw type clamping mechanism; equipped with the corresponding micro-dental jaws, the cohesion surface is large, and the clamping is not deformed;
◆ No reset knob design, no need to pull the reset knob for forward and reverse operation;
◆ Brake belt brake mechanism, reliable braking and easy maintenance;
◆ The main back clamp has a gap of only 5mm, and it is convenient to hold the shorter joint;
◆ Clamp size and maximum torque can be customized according to customer requirements;
◆ The back clamp is equipped with a hydraulic travel mechanism;
◆ Optional torque control system. The installation torque automatic control system works better.
